Networking and Conduct

What's your policy on networking? While we encourage connections, you may not collect contact details from attendees without their consent or create unofficial communication groups. All attendee communication should happen through the official event community group and channels provided to delegate by HodgesNet.

What's expected of attendees? We expect all attendees to be respectful and professional to staff, speakers, and other attendees. Anyone being rude, disruptive, or violating venue policies may be asked to leave without refund.

Photos and Recordings

Can I record sessions? No. All materials are intellectual property of the speakers and Ant Hodges. Recording any portion of the event isn't allowed.

Will there be official photos or recordings? Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional materials. If you don't wish to be included, notify us in writing before the event.

Will official recordings be made available after the event? Yes. You will be able to purchase recordings of the event and the speakers after the event.
